Bill started his employment agency career back in 1994 when he trained as a Recruitment Consultant and worked in Liverpool for a private recruitment agency specialising in industrial clients. Bill has successfully developed a recruiting career seeing him work as General Manager for Grafton, Sales Manager for Diamond before deciding to set up Staff Source Ltd in 2006.

Building on 25+ years recruitment industry experience at a local and national level, he believes in placing the right people with the right company. He is proud of the fact that he has successfully helped over 1500 people secure permanent positions over the past 15 years since setting up Staff Source Ltd. 

Bill is passionate about helping others achieve their best, reflected in his volunteer work as Business Mentor with and The Prince's Trust and his involvement as a Leader in the Cub Scout movement.
