There are many diverse roles available at every Bluebird Care office.

There are two broad roles within every office team. The role of the care worker is a field based role where travelling to our customers is required. There are also a variety of office-based roles that support the day to day running of the business.

We encourage applications from men and women of all ages, representing different ethnic groups and with different religious beliefs.

We carefully select our homecare staff based solely upon their suitability for the post. It is important that they understand the needs of our customers and have the dedication and ability to perform the job well.

We started as a small family business in 2004 and today we are proud to be one of the largest providers of homecare services in the UK. In less than eight years we have grown from one business to 200 delivering 20,000 customer visits every day.
