What You'll Be Doing:
Handling customer Orders : from start to finish - processing, tracking, reviewing and making sure everything is accurate
Dealing with Queries : logging queries and complaints in the system and dealing with them with professionalism and care
Building Relationships : developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Database Management : keep our systems up to date so everyone has the right information at the right time
Cross Department Training : participate in training across different units so you're always able to add value
