Need weed removal in garden beds and borders

Hi there, I’m looking for help with desherbage in my small back garden. The goal is to remove weeds from flower beds and along the fence line, plus pull stubborn perennials without damaging plants. I prefer organic, chemical-free methods and will provide any gloves or bags needed. The weather has been sunny lately, so I’d like the work completed before the weekend if possible. Please let me know your availability, typical approach, and whether you recommend mulching afterwards to prevent regrowth.
