Need long-term childcare for reliable, caring babysitter

We're looking for a trustworthy and patient caregiver to join our family for long-term childcare. Our 3-year-old attends preschool part-time, and we need someone who can help with mornings, snack time, imaginative play, and gentle bedtime routines on weekdays. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with toddlers, be CPR/First Aid certified, and enjoy proactive communication with parents. Light meal prep, keeping play areas tidy, and occasional light housework related to the child's needs would be appreciated. We value a warm personality, punctuality, and the ability to create a nurturing environment while encouraging developmentally appropriate activities. Location is near Dublin city centre; access to public transport is important. Fluency in English is required, and we’d love someone who can commit for at least 6–12 months.
