FULL-TIME MANAGER - BLACKPOOL SHOPPING CENTRE

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Manager to join our team at Jump Juice Bars, Blackpool Shopping Centre, Cork .

Working in our exciting, fast-paced juice bar, no two days are the same! You'll be responsible for leading the team, managing daily operations, maintaining high standards and creating a positive experience for our customers every day.

We are looking for someone with an excellent attitude who is reliable, motivated and confident in leading a team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take initiative and lead by example while maintaining a positive and friendly approach.

The ideal candidate will:

Requirements

• Previous management, supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Full availability Monday to Sunday, including weekends

Experience & Training

Full training will be provided, but previous experience in the catering, restaurant or takeaway sector would be an advantage.
