The Role

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in clients' homes
• Support client wellbeing and independence
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor care plans and clinical needs
• Promote dignity, respect, and compassionate care

What You'll Need

• Active NMBI registration
• Previous community or clinical nursing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and person-centred approach
• Full driving licence and access to a car
