Require art classes for painting and drawing project at home

I'm looking for a patient art tutor to help my teenager develop drawing and painting skills. We have basic supplies, but I’d appreciate guidance on techniques, color mixing, shading, and composition. The sessions should be in English, with simple explanations and practical exercises. Prefer weekly sessions of about 1.5 to 2 hours, in a relaxed, friendly setting at our home in Ireland. Flexibility for weekends is a plus. Please mention your experience with different media (pencils, acrylics, watercolors) and any safety considerations when working with paints. Basic feedback and a small portfolio review at the end of each month would be great.
