Need help installing a new printer on my computer

I'm looking for a patient and friendly technician to help install a new printer at my home office. The printer is connected via USB and Wi-Fi, and I want it set up on both a Windows PC and my MacBook. I’d like guidance on driver installation, network sharing, and printing from mobile devices. If possible, please configure the default printer, test print, and show me how to manage ink levels and basic maintenance. I prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and work around my schedule. A quick remote setup is also okay if a site visit isn’t necessary.
