- Interacting and scheduling contractors for Preventive maintenance or Reactive callouts.
- Raising and issuing PO’s to engineers for restocking of vans or for new orders.
- Quoting Clients for small day works if required.
- Reviewing Engineer PPM dockets and reports.
- Liaising and responding to client communication in an efficient manner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a scheduling role
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience working and liaising with engineers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
