Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure
Our client, a public-sector organisation responsible for supporting the delivery of major national infrastructure projects, are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing project management team.
This is a senior role, working across large-scale capital infrastructure projects , supporting Government Departments and State Agencies through the design, procurement and delivery phases.
The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams, manage key stakeholders, and provide high-quality project management to Government clients.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week onsite in their Dublin City Centre offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage large-scale capital infrastructure projects through design, procurement and delivery.
Lead the procurement and appointment of design teams, contractors and external advisors.
Lead and manage project teams, including Project Managers and Project Associates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government Departments, State Agencies and other key stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, programme, change control, risk and quality.
- Provide project management advice and support on wider capital investment programmes.
- Ensure projects consider sustainability, climate action and relevant construction legislation and standards.
Key Requirements:
A degree or equivalent qualification in Business , Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or similar degrees.
Previous public-sector or Government infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
Strong experience managing design teams and procurement processes, particularly within public-sector projects.
- An awareness of emerging technology and innovation within construction and design.
- A full clean driving licence.
