Who We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with formal early years or primary education qualifications, including:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education

  • Degree in Primary Education

  • Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent Level 6)

  • Teaching Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education

Essential requirement: a level of English that allows you to communicate in a professional environment.

(Perfect English is not required; many employers value attitude and willingness to improve.)

CV must be submitted in English.

  • Support children in their daily learning and development.

  • Plan and implement activities that encourage creativity and learning.

  • Maintain a safe, positive and stimulating environment.

  • Work collaboratively with other educators and team leaders.

  • Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to ensure high‑quality care.
