Clinical Nurse Manager II - ADU - Permanent Full-time (37.5 horus per week)

Purpose of the Post

The purpose of a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) in an Ambulatory Day Unit (ADU) is to lead and coordinate clinical and operational activity. The role focuses on ensuring efficient and safe processes for the management of all aspects of patient care, managing patient flow, managing staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication and clinical leadership and optimizing an efficient, same-day ambulatory healthcare service, through the use of a lean approach.
