A leading global insurance organisation is taking on an exciting greenfield project to deploy AI agent systems to explore next generation, AI-native insurance model with the mission to upend the entire industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior AI Engineer who is hungry for a new challenge and wants to take ownership of the design and development of intelligent agents together combined with end-to-end integrations, creating real-world impact at scale.

You Will:

• Design, build and ship agents end to end
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services
• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents

Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years in data science, software engineering, or AI engineering
• 2+ years of direct LLM development experience
• Strong Python experience
