A leading global insurance organisation is taking on a bold greenfield project: building AI agent systems to create the next generation of AI-native insurance model.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Lead Agentic AI Developer who is strong in backend environment and hungry for a new challenge to own the frontier of A2A technology, building intelligent agents with Python and LLMs.

You Will:

• Design, build and ship agents end to end in Azure environment
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services
• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents

Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years in software engineering, or AI engineering
• A2A + RAG experience
• Start up environment experience
