Clean windows in two-story house, interior and exterior

Hello! I’m looking for a reliable cleaner to wash the windows of a two-story house. The job includes removing dirt and smudges from all ground-floor and accessible upper-floor windows, frames, and sills. I’d prefer biodegradable cleaning products and a method that minimizes streaks. Please bring a stable ladder or extension pole for higher panes and be comfortable working around a small garden area. I’d like the job to be done on a weekday morning if possible, with a quick check to ensure no streaks remain after the final wipe. Access is straightforward, and I can provide on-site parking.
