📌 Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide academic, social, and emotional guidance to students
✔ Develop and implement counseling programs to support student well-being
✔ Offer career and university guidance for secondary students
✔ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
✔ Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions
✔ Address behavioral concerns and provide conflict resolution strategies

✅ Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
✔ Relevant counseling certification or licensure
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in a school counseling role
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Experience in an international school setting is preferred
