Need help laying vinyl flooring in small hallway area

Hi there, I’m looking for a skilled handyperson to install vinyl flooring (lino) in a small hallway and adjoining utility space. The area is roughly 6-8 square meters, with existing skirting removed and some minor subfloor leveling needed. I’d prefer a neat, seamless finish, proper underlay, and edging to match the room's colour. If you have experience with measuring, cutting, and fitting vinyl tiles or sheets, please share your approach and estimated time. Materials will be provided, but I’m open to recommendations on brands and thickness. Availability this week would be ideal.
