General Operative

Key Responsibilities

• Picking products accurately according to customer orders.
• Packing orders securely and preparing them for dispatch.
• Checking products and quantities to ensure orders are correct.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working area.
• Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in order picking and packing is essential.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to work in a busy environment.
• Good communication skills, strong English, and a positive approach to work.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
