New role with market leader, decades of project delivery on major Civil Engineering, Construction projects to €10Bn+, working with Tier 1 European main contractors in Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, UK & Ireland. Managing construction teams in relation to time, quality & repeat business with expertise in concrete frame, heavy civils, mechanical & electrical instillations.

Based in Ireland (open location), with frequent travel to projects & clients throughout Europe liaising with senior management to set priorities & manage personnel within each project, full support from the resourcing & commercial departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support to the business development team in pursuit of key projects & clients.
• Develop close working relationships with clients management, ensure awareness of customer requirements & key issues.
• Provide support in planning of resource requirements for current & future needs to ensure resources are in place to deliver contractual requirements.
• To lead & guide the team on technical, resource, contractual & commercial compliance, being accountable for safety, quality, operational delivery, financial & client satisfaction across Europe.
• Actively manage the project expectations ensuring both internal & client facing objectives are achieved in time & within budget.
• Implement systems for continuous improvement.

Ideally seeking a strong customer focused leader with expert technical knowledge gained in RC Construction/Frame & Civil Engineering having exceptional client relationship & team development skills coupled with strong commercial & project management background. This is a senior leadership role, integrated into the growth trajectory & succession plan for the Group.
