MEP BIM Detailer Are you an experienced MEP BIM Detailer looking for your next career move? We are working with a leading engineering and construction organisation that is expanding its BIM team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business working on major, high-value construction and engineering projects. What You'll Be Doing

• Create and develop MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Produce detailed 2D coordination and installation drawings.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection across projects.
• Work closely with engineers, BIM coordinators and project teams.
• Assist with site coordination, surveys and as-built information.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Construction or BIM, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience in a BIM Detailer, BIM Modeller or BIM Coordinator or similar.
• Strong experience using Revit MEP.
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination.
• Good understanding of mechanical / electrical / building services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a project team.
