Need help with miscellaneous moving task in Dublin area

I’m moving within Dublin and need a reliable helper for a small, miscellaneous moving task. The job involves lifting and carrying several boxes, loading a few items into a van, and helping with careful placement in the new home. No heavy machinery required, but I’d appreciate someone who can handle fragile items and use proper lifting techniques. I have about 2-3 large boxes, 1 wardrobe, and a small sofa that may need to be disassembled. I can provide a moving trolley and blankets if needed. Flexible start; ideally between 9:00 and 11:00.
