We are looking for a driven Operations Manager to join the team at Brackley Leisure Centre. This is more than just a management position it is a launchpad for your career in one of the most exciting and fast-growing leisure management companies in the UK.

We need someone who can balance high level strategy with the day to day of a thriving leisure facility.

What You'll Achieve

• Innovate Develop exciting new leisure programmes that increase usage and keep our community coming back for more.

• Lead Organise and inspire our Duty Manager team, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.

• Strategies Assist in financial planning, control expenditure, and drive revenue to hit ambitious growth targets.

• Ensure Excellence Champion our high standards for Health, Safety, and customer care,

• Deputise Step up for the Centre Manager when needed, gaining invaluable high-level experience in site operations.

The Essentials

you should hold

• First Aid at Work Qualification.

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).

• Desirable: A recognised qualification in Leisure Management or Sports Development, and a Pool Plant Operators qualification.
