The Gallops Pub, located in the heart of Leopardstown, is a welcoming establishment well known for its service, wide selection of beverages, and warm atmosphere. As we continue to uphold our reputation as a community favourite, we are now looking to add to our Bar team for full and part time opportunities.

Position: Bar Staff

Job Type: Full Time / Part time

Location: The Gallops Pub, Leopardstown

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and nonalcoholic options.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Assist in stock management, restocking, and ordering supplies.
• Uphold compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
