Need help painting shutters in my Irish home, step-by-step

I'm looking for a reliable handyman to paint a set of wooden shutters on my house in Ireland. The project includes light sanding, sealing any cracks, applying primer, and two coats of exterior paint. The shutters are about 1.5 meters tall and 0.5 meters wide each, and there are two sets. I’d prefer low-VOC paint and to protect surrounding windows and walls. Access is straightforward, and I can provide paint if you have a preferred brand. Please mention your experience with exterior woodwork, expected duration, and any prep work you recommend before starting. I’m aiming to have them refreshed before the next weather season.
