Due to significant ongoing demand, we are seeking expressions of interest from ambitious Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitors looking to advance their careers in 2026. We are recruiting at Solicitor [Recently Qualified], Associate, Senior Associate, Of Counsel and Salary Partner level for leading Irish [large, mid-tier, boutique] and International [new, recent entrants & established] firms.

We are looking to hear from Solicitors from Recently Qualified to Partner level working in transactional Commercial Real Estate/Commercial Property with experience from Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique law firms in Ireland. Firms will also consider qualified Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitors currently In-House looking to accelerate their career and return to private practice.
We have long relationships [over 24 years] with our law firm clients nationwide but primarily based in; Dublin, Cork, Belfast, Kerry, London, Provincial firms.
Ideally you will have experience in all or some of the following;
- You will be Irish, UK or Common Law qualified.
- You have strong academic background
- Transactional Commercial Real Estate/Commercial Property experience
- Advising clients in relation to the acquisition, financing and disposal of properties
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for both landlords and tenants
- Property development transactions
- Commercial real estate finance
- Professional experience to include a high level of involvement in commercial property investment transactions and retail landlord and tenant work
- Commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
- Advising owner/occupiers on the acquisition of office, industrial and manufacturing premises
- Acquisition, disposal and financing of single assets, asset portfolios and loan portfolios
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Comfortable with all stages of commercial property Transactions, start to completion
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
