Need help with miscellaneous IT tasks and troubleshooting

I'm looking for a capable IT person to help with a variety of small tasks around my home office setup. The work may include minor hardware checks, software updates, troubleshooting connectivity, setting up a new printer, and cleaning up my computer for better performance. I prefer someone who can explain what they're doing in plain terms and can work around my schedule. It's important that you have good references and can come prepared with basic tools. If you can also help with basic data backup or account cleanup, that would be a bonus. The job should be done neatly and without disrupting my day.
