Need help installing a printer and setting up wireless setup

I recently bought a new printer and I’m hoping to get it installed and connected to our home Wi-Fi. The goal is to have it recognized by both my laptop and my partner’s computer, with proper drivers installed. I’d also appreciate guidance on basic troubleshooting, printing a test page, and configuring default printer settings. Preference is for someone patient, able to explain steps clearly, and to ensure the printer works with both Windows and Mac devices. If possible, please bring any necessary cables or adapters and confirm security settings for wireless printing.
