Need help with a quick moving assistance for apartment in Ireland

I am moving apartments in Ireland and need a reliable helper to assist with packing, loading, and unloading a small to medium-sized moving van. The job will involve handling boxes, furniture, and fragile items, plus some basic disassembly and reassembly of furniture. I’d prefer someone who speaks clear English and can come with a strong work ethic and proper moving equipment (dollies, straps). The plan is to move within Dublin area, but I might need a second trip depending on access. Please provide an hourly rate or a flat day rate and confirm availability on a weekend if possible.
