We are hiring a  Social Care Manager, to a Community Based Organization in Meath, Ireland .

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, residential care to the individuals

• Strong person-to-person vision who will be centrally involved in facilitating and supporting individuals in residential and community settings

• M aintaining our core values of delivering respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services. 

• The main responsibility of the Social Care Manager will be to supervise the day-to-day activities.

• You must work closely with the Area Manager to guarantee that extraordinarily high-quality services are delivered.

• The Social Care Manager is responsible for making sure the service complies with the organization's policies and standards and is in line with the HSE New Directions Policy.

Requirements

• T he following fields require a third-level qualification from candidates: Allied Health Professions, Social Care, Education and Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, or a similar subject.

• Five years minimum of appropriate post-qualification experience working in social care resources.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a leadership/management role

• Proven track record of taking on new duties, organizing initiatives, and overseeing allocated obligations in your existing position.

• A clean, valid manual driver's license.
