The property has not been cleaned for several months and requires a thorough deep clean including kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Please bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment. I prefer someone who can handle heavy buildup, can assess any fragile fixtures, and can provide a reasonable plan and timeline.
