- Strong background working on construction projects
- Experience managing site teams and coordinating subcontractors
- Ability to work to project deadlines and meet required timeframes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a wider construction team
- Experience within large-scale residential construction environments is preferred
