Need help mulching plants in garden beds for insulation

Hi there, I’m looking for a gardener to help mulching several plant beds in my back garden. The job involves spreading mulch evenly, avoiding compacting the soil, and keeping the area tidy. I have roughly 20 square meters of beds with a mix of perennials and small shrubs. I’d prefer organic mulch and could provide the material, or I’m open to using lightweight bark. Start time should be morning, and I’d like the work completed in one session. Please bring gloves, a rake, and a wheelbarrow if possible.Thanks for your help!
