Need help installing a broadband box and configuring Wi-Fi

I recently moved into a new apartment in Ireland and need a technician to install my broadband box, connect it to the router, and set up Wi-Fi securely. The job includes wiring if needed, testing the connection on multiple devices, and ensuring parental controls are enabled. I prefer someone patient who can explain steps clearly and is comfortable working with basic network configuration. Access to a power outlet and a clear space near the modem would be ideal. Please bring any necessary cables or adapters if required.
