Experienced Concierge/FOH Officer, City Centre, Cork

Due to our continued expansion, Manguard Plus are seeking applications from dynamic, professional security officers for the full-time position in City Centre, Cork The role is to provide the highest quality service while continuously seeking to exceed our client's expectations. As a team member, you will be required to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday Day Shift

Rate of pay:

€15.41 per hour as per ERO

Essential Requirements

• PSA License
• Fluent English.
• MUST have 2 years experience in a similar role. Please do not apply if you do not have Concierge/FOH Experience
• Smart, well-groomed and confident in your position.
• Valid IRP card if non-EEA National.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• FOH / Reception Skills.
• BMS experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to work under own initiative essential.
• Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
• Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Willingness to Take Instructions from Higher Management Levels
• Strong IT Skills
• Experience with Access Control

Your duties would include:

• Protection of property
• Prevention of theft and damage
• Access control
• Patrolling
• Liaising with Contractors and Couriers
• Completing Building Checks
• Address any incidents that may arise in a timely manner and in line with company policies
• Completion of logs and reports as required
• Use of radios and electronic equipment to communicate with other team members
• Offer direction and support to onsite visitors if necessary
• Additional duties as necessary
