We are seeking a Chef to join our team in Malahide, working under an amazing Manager & an Area Manager that has team at the heart of what he does.

Job description:

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality

Managing and training commis working with you

Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety

Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

This description is not exhaustive but is an overview of the responsibilities

Ideal candidate 

Minimum 2 year experience as Chef de Partie or similar position required

Excellent communication skill

A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service

The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Flexibility with regards to hours

A good command of the English Language

Impeccable selfpresentation
