Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to obtain competitive prices and quality products.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.

- Resolve any issues related to incomplete or defective shipments promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and pricing effectively.
- Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
