Gardener needed to remove moles and molehills in lawn

I'm looking for a gardener to remove molehills and improve the lawn area in my garden. The work involves locating active tunnels, safely removing unhatched molehills, and leveling the ground. I prefer someone with experience in dealing with garden pests and ensuring the lawn can be reseeded or re-turfed if needed. Tools and disposal of soil should be included. Ability to advise on long-term prevention (scare devices, humane traps, etc.) would be great. The job is in a residential garden in Ireland; access is straightforward, and I can accommodate early morning start times.
