Graduate Associate, Development & Technical Services (DTS)

Graduate Associate role supporting pharmaceutical product development, technology transfer, and manufacturing operations in a GMP environment. The position offers structured exposure to product lifecycle management, process engineering, and technical services across clinical and commercial operations at Gilead's Cork facility.

Responsibilities

• Support technical oversight of clinical and commercial manufacturing operations and lifecycle management
• Participate in new product introductions, technology transfers, and process scale-up activities
• Assist with process monitoring, trend analysis, and continuous process verification
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and technical documentation preparation
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmaceutical science, chemical engineering, process engineering, biotechnology, or related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing or process development
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
