We're looking for an experienced Visual & Commercial Manager to take ownership of the visual execution across a high-profile flagship retail environment. This is a senior leadership opportunity where you'll have the autonomy to influence store standards, develop talented teams and bring campaigns, launches and product stories to life. This job is based in Dublin City Centre.

You'll lead and develop a team while working closely with wider management ensure the store consistently delivers an inspiring, commercially focused shopping experience. You'll be responsible for planning, implementing and signing off all visual activity, including launches, campaigns and seasonal events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of visual standards throughout the store.
• Plan and deliver all visual launches, campaigns and promotional events.
• Drive inspirational product presentation through styling, outfit building, mannequin presentation and window displays.
• Manage store layouts and fixture placement to maximise customer engagement and commercial performance.
• Identify opportunities to continually raise visual standards and improve the customer journey.
• Collaborate with wider teams to support sales growth and profitability.
• Lead and inspire large-scale teams in a dynamic, high-turnover environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while exceeding KPIs and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Visual Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong fashion, home or lifestyle retail experience.
• Exceptional eye for detail and visual presentation.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Commercially aware with a solid understanding of how visual standards influence sales performance.
• Confident planning projects, campaigns and seasonal launches from concept through to execution.
