Enrolment Team Leader

Tempdent are excited to welcome applications for the Enrolment Team Leader role within our successful Onboarding Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, learnerfocused environment and enjoys supporting both people and processes. The role can be officebased or homebased , depending on your location.

You will play a key part in ensuring learners are smoothly onboarded onto our apprenticeship programmes and commercial courses, while also supporting the Enrolment Manager with daytoday team leadership. This role blends operational delivery, people management, and learner support - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.

Position: Enrolment Team Leader

Location: Remote or office based (dependant on candidate location)

Salary: up to £32k per annum dependant on experience (£35k OTE)

Key responsibilities

• Line management duties including monthly and annual 1:1s, probation reviews and returntowork interviews.
• Performance support for Enrolment Executives.
• Delivering training, coaching and call monitoring (2 call monitors per month per Executive).
• Team leadership cover during Enrolment Manager absence.
• Providing information, advice and guidance to prospective learners.
• Conducting enrolments and online interviews .
• Updating and maintaining learner records within our course database.
• Following up nonstarters and maintaining accurate learner files.
• Sending out relevant communications and supporting administrative requirements for governmentfunded programmes.
• Liaising with awarding and funding bodies .
• Ensuring compliance with Equal Opportunities , Health & Safety , and confidentiality requirements.

What we are looking for:

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate experience in:

• Work Based Learning programmes
• Funding body contract requirements
• Maintaining MIS systems
• People management

You should have strong understanding of:

• Government funding requirements
• The Common Inspection Framework
• Awarding Body requirements
