RecruitNet International is inviting applications for the role of an EU   Health care Assistant  to state-of-the-art Nursing Home based in Co Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the nursing staff in giving our residents excellent, comprehensive care
  

• Maintaining residents' dignity at all times while making sure their personal care and hygiene requirements are met to the highest standards
  

• Helping residents consume food and liquids in accordance with their nutritional requirements
  

• Helping residents use the right tools and mobilize as needed
  

• As instructed by the nursing staff, escorting or transferring residents
  

• Helping with Care at the End of Life
  

• Any other tasks that management and the nurse determine are required.

Requirements

• A relevant healthcare qualification or QQI Level 5 in healthcare is required.
  

• While not required, prior experience in a care setting is preferred.
  

• We are exclusively hiring EU nationals for this role.
  

• Outstanding communication abilities and a kind, compassionate disposition.
  

• possess a strong command of the English language
  

• Ability to work a variety of shifts from Monday through Sunday, including nights, weekends, and days
