We the RecruitNet team are hiring a   Staff Nurse for a leading Nursing home in Dublin , Ireland .

Responsibilities

• Make sure the nursing home's security is always maintained.
  

• Respect all company rules and guidelines within the allotted time frames.
  

• Make sure every piece of equipment is kept up to date and clean.
  

• Perform any additional duties that are logically given to you.
  

• Evaluate every facet of the client's care requirements, and when necessary, oversee nursing care and offer health monitoring.
  

• Determine the social and medical needs of new clients, conduct ongoing evaluations, and go over all previous clients.
  

• Keep thorough records and make sure every client in the nursing home has a personalized care plan.
  

Requirements

• Make certain that every resident is treated as an individual and with respect, privacy, and decency.

• It is advantageous to have prior experience caring for senior people with dementia.

• Must have one year experience in Ireland.

• Build a deep and personal relationship with each resident, family member, and guest to guarantee that the bereaved receive the proper support and comfort at all times.

• Make certain that every employee is aware of and abides by all policies.

• Keep accurate, succinct, and transparent records in the house in compliance with the law.

• Make sure that the established guidelines and protocols for the management, administration, and storage of all medications are followed.

• the capacity to take part in the inspection process and a solid understanding of HIQA requirements.

• Communicate with medical specialists as needed.
