I'm looking for a reliable IT helper to assist with setting up a new Windows PC, installing essential software, and performing initial software updates. The job will involve configuring user accounts, ensuring antivirus is active, and organizing folders for personal documents. I prefer someone patient who can explain steps clearly and can work around my schedule. If you have experience with basic network troubleshooting and safeguarding privacy on shared devices, that would be a plus. The work should be done on-site at my home in Ireland, and I’d like the task completed in one visit if possible.
