Job Description: At Wild Atlantic Way Day Tours we have 3 tours running out of Galway. Cliffs of Moher tour, Connemara tour, and Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher tour. Each tour is a blend of sightseeing, scenery, leisure time, and loads of laughs. We require driver-guides to join our growing team. We are passionate about offering a fantastic experience to our customers and require the highest level of dedication and professionalism from all our teams. In return, we spend considerable time and effort developing people into our guiding roles. Our guests come from all over the world and across a wide spectrum of ages and backgrounds. But they are all here to relax, unwind, and enjoy Ireland. If you are interested in being a driver-guide and taking tours from Galway, we are interested in hearing from you. Duties include but are not limited to: Preparation of vehicle for trip including Mechanical Check – following checklist Excellent all-round knowledge of the west of Ireland, the Cliffs of Moher, and Connemara. On tour: Greeting guests each morning Safety and contentment of customers Full delivery of tour Post tour: Post-tour vehicle check touring experience would be an advantage but not essential. Customer service experience is also handy. A ‘People Person'—patient, outgoing, independent, with initiative, reliable, punctual, personable, organized. You don’t have to be the life and soul of the party, but good interpersonal skills are a must.
