Gardening: maintenance of flower beds and borders in my yard

I’m looking for a reliable gardener to maintain my flower beds and borders in my smallIrish garden. The job includes weeding, pruning overgrown plants, edging paths, and tidying mulch beds. I’d prefer someone with experience in native Irish plants and a tidy, neat approach. Tasks may include removing deadheading spent blooms, applying mulch where needed, and checking for pests. I’d like the work to be organized over a couple of visits this season, with a plan to keep the beds healthy and attractive between seasonal changes. Please bring basic gardening tools; if you use specialized equipment, let me know in advance.
