Principal Sourcing Specialist

Our client, a leading global medical device manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Principal Sourcing Specialist to join their Global Sourcing team on a 12-month contract . This is a hybrid role. 

This senior-level role is responsible for managing strategic supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, supply continuity, risk mitigation, cost reduction initiatives and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within a complex global environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong supplier relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven commercial and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience managing supply continuity and supplier risk.
• Track record of managing strategic supplier spend.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced global organisation.
