We are hiring   Clinical Nurse Manager 2-Theatre our Hospital in Galway, Ireland. Responsibilities

• To guarantee that the highest safety and care standards are applied for from the time of admission to the patient's release.

• To preserve or raise the standard of patient care using the implementation of the quality assurance procedure.

• To determine issues with nursing practice or patient care delivery and recommend corrective measures in consultation with the theater manager.

• To exhibit a safety-conscious mindset during the delivery of medical treatment.

• Help ensure that restricted substances are kept in safe custody in compliance with established protocols, and notify the theater manager of any inconsistencies.

• To guarantee the theater is used effectively and efficiently.

• To create and execute the theater's duty roster as needed.

• To organize staff yearly leave and other special leave plans in consultation with the theater manager.

Requirements

• ABA Enrollment

• At least five years of experience after registration, two of which must be in theater.

• It is necessary to have a theater degree.

• Appropriate management background and/or credentials

• Outstanding communication, leadership, responsibility, and interpersonal skills

• The capacity to provide proof of adequate levels of ongoing professional growth.

• The roster will typically be in place six days a week, although in accordance with service standards, a flexible approach to work schedules is necessary.
