Banking & Finance Solicitors – Expressions Of Interest
We are seeking expressions of interest from ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitors looking to advance their careers in 2026.
With enhanced/market leading salaries, accelerated progression and remote/hybrid on offer, we are recruiting at Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate, Of Counsel and Salary Partner level within Banking & Finance, Asset Finance, Aviation, Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Climate Finance (private practice or in-house)
Our clients are leading Irish [large, mid-tier, boutique] and International [new entrants & established] firms.
We have long relationships [over 23 years] with our law firm clients nationwide but primarily based in; Dublin, Cork, Belfast, Kerry, London, Provincial firms.
Banking & Finance Solicitors will ideally have transactional experience and/or trained with from Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK.
Firms will also consider qualified Banking Solicitors currently In-House looking to accelerate their career. Also Foreign Qualified Solicitors, Foreign Qualified Lawyers, EU Registered Lawyers with relevant Banking & Finance experience.
Also, significant interest in speaking Senior Banking & Finance Solicitors at Of Counsel/Salary Partner/Junior Partner/Fixed Share Partner/Equity Partner level for senior level lateral appointments. Key background/experience our clients are seeking are;
- Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer [Newly Qualified to Partner] – You will be Irish, UK or Common Law qualified.
- NQ to 5+ years PQE gained in a large or medium-sized firm
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience interacting directly with clients
Specific areas of Banking transactional experience in demand include;
- Leveraged finance, Acquisition finance, Trade finance, Commercial real estate, Development finance and Corporate restructuring and refinancing
- Aviation and Asset Finance
- Climate Finance
- Asset based finance.
- Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets [DCM] experience (private practice or in-house)
- Banking & Financial Services Regulatory
- For junior level Solicitor/Associate roles [NQ to 2 years PQE], firms are open to Solicitors that have a strong interest in and want to transition to Banking & Finance.
