This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on 26 December 2026 , with the possibility of an extension subject to business needs.

Shifts may be scheduled across Monday to Sunday and can include a combination of core daytime, evening and weekend hours. Flexibility is essential, as working patterns will vary in line with customer demand and business needs throughout the festive season.

Were looking for an Operations Customer Assistant to join our team at M&S Liffey Valley . This is the role that keeps everything flowing behind the scenes, from deliveries and stock to making sure the shop floor is full, tidy, and ready for our customers.

Its fast-paced, physical, and hands-on. Youll be on your feet, moving stock, working deliveries, using digital tools, and supporting the wider store team wherever needed. No two shifts feel the same, so this is perfect for someone who likes being busy, working with purpose, and being part of a team that gets things done.

What youll be doing

Youll help keep the store running smoothly by:

Working deliveries and moving stock quickly and safely & keeping our shelves full, clean, and customer-ready.
Using digital tools to track stock and support availability.
Working across the store when needed, from back of house to shop floor
Supporting your team during busy periods
Staying organised, focused, and one step ahead
